Clutter and Intimacy!
In this workshop participants will gain awareness and understanding of how physical and emotional clutter effects relationship between themselves and others. A simple tool to begin a healthy de-clutter process will be introduced. Some light movement, journaling, and breathing will be introduced in this workshop.
