Why de-clutter?
In the process of moving from a big house to a one-bedroom apartment, I found freedom and happiness. The process of letting go of my attachments forced me to be clear about myself, my priorities and my values.
During the de-cluttering process, I recognized that what I provide for my clients in a therapy session can be transferred to a hands-on healing of the most intimate and important relationship we hold: the one we have with our own space. When well-tended, our relationship with our home has a powerful healing potential.
The process of de-cluttering involves more than simply removing unnecessary items from your home or daily calendar. While engaged in the task of de-cluttering, you’ll be prioritizing your life in a way that better reflects you and your values.
The space you re-create in this process will become comforting and will be clear of negative energy.
Is de-cluttering right for you?
- Is there too much stuff in your home?
- Do you currently have things in storage that you never use?
- Are you ready to move?
- Is your stuff overwhelming you?
If you answered ‘yes’ to one of the above, Healing with Hilla can help you.
How does it work?
The Coach will provide you with structure, teach you organization skills, and assist you in establishing an organized thinking system. This thinking system will enhance your quality of life by refining home maintenance systems, including house chores, within the context of your particular family.
We’ll begin with a meeting at your home to help you create a vision.
You have two responsibilities:
- Pay on time as we agreed
- Complete the task we assigned to you before each meeting
First Step:
We will initially meet once per week for three hours, at a mutually convenient time. This can takes 4-8 weeks.
Second Step:
We will meet every other week or as needed, depends on each individual’s need.
Third Step:

A weekly support group will be available for these who completed the second step ($30 per each week) at 1014 Dulaney Valley Road Towson, MD 21204
