Fees and methods of payments:
$125 per 45-minute session You may obtain reimbursement from your insurance company for psychotherapy services as an out-of-network provider. Healing with Hilla will provide you with an invoice use of services that may be necessary to receive insurance reimbursement.
Please be aware that insurance companies generally do not reimburse for the full cost of services and that full payment is due at the time of your session. Before beginning services you may ask your insurance company if you have mental health benefits. How much your insurance pays for out-of-network providers? How many therapy sessions your plan cover? And is approval required from your primary care physician.
Cash or checks are acceptable. You may also pay online by (PayPal).
Cancellation Policy
There is a $60 cancellation fee if you are not present for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified Healing with Hilla at least 48 hours in advance. This fee is charged because your time will have been reserved specifically for you and it is not generally possible to make that hour available to anyone else with less than 48 hours notice.
