Workshops

In leading workshops as well as in teaching, I found that hands-on teaching has the most profound effect and the most fun. (Sitting in a lecture mostly puts me to sleep.) In my workshops I integrate over 30 years of teaching and psychotherapy experience. I use meditation, movements, journaling, gardening, art, and group process.

I believe that using all of our senses enhance the experience of learning and improve the intellectual ability to obtain new information.  We begin each workshop with warm-up of the heart body and mind.

Participants who took my workshop said that they learned new things about themselves in a safe place.
